How do you take a large new build home and make it inviting? Sometimes a large blank canvas can seem overwhelming to buyers.  Instead, inject warmth and personality into a property to make buyers feel more at home. Here’s our latest Fort Lauderdale Beach Staging.

We recently staged this large property on Fort Lauderdale Beach and are excited to share the photos with you.

After touring the property and meeting with the listing agents, we sat down and created an overall plan for furnishings and the feeling we wanted to convey. We started with large furniture to help ground the space. Next, we added softness by using tons of textiles and texture in décor and artwork. Large scale greenery also makes a space come alive.

Welcome to modern Fort Lauderdale Beach living. Upon entering the property buyers are greeted by a calm vignette at the bottom of the massive custom-built staircase.

A large wooden table grounds the dining area and overlooks the beautiful pool. To draw buyers outside, we added 3 groupings of furniture to showcase all the additional living space that this property offers. The pool area is visible from most rooms, so it was important to maximize the views on this Fort Lauderdale staging project.

The living room is set up for either large gatherings or a cozy night in. Keeping the colors calm makes the space seem serene and can appeal to more buyers.

We added some decor to the kitchen island and countertops to make the home more inviting. Bathrooms and laundry areas also got a few items to make the house feel more like a home. Just a few simple touches in the master bathroom gives a warm welcome to buyers.

The master bedroom is on the second floor with an attached balcony. By adding furniture outside we extended the living space. We used soft colors in bedding and furniture but added some height and drama with artwork and lamps. Now buyers can easily visualize living in this beautiful home and all the incredible spaces they can enjoy, entertain and relax in!
