Returns/ Exchanges & Shipping

Here at The Nordic Design Company customer satisfaction is a priority. If you have any issues with your orders such as damaged items or lost items please let us know and we will try and find a resolution.

We do have a policy that you have to contact us within 30 days after your purchase in order to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Your items returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received the item in along with its original packaging where applicable. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Please keep in mind that many of our items are handmade and can therefore differ in color. This is applicable to any candles, textile items and certain ceramics.
