4. Testimonials and Third-Party Content
Client testimonials displayed on the Site reflect the individual experiences of those clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other client or project. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORDIC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This section does not apply to any separate written service agreement you enter into with Nordic for design or renovation services, which will have its own terms.
